We had an amazing time with our family at this hotel! The stunning views from our double balcony suite were the perfect backdrop for our stay. The complimentary dinner on Christmas Eve was a delightful surprise, and the extensive breakfast options made mornings a treat for the kids.
In my wife’s opinion, an additional play area for kids would be great.

The staff were incredibly attentive! Our early check-in set a wonderful tone, while the delicious homemade breakfast truly impressed me.
The fog obscured views. we missed the mountain scenery entirely during our stay.

they claim to have deluxe rooms, but mine had a city view that was absolutely not beautiful, just plain. the breakfast? oh don't get me started, just acceptable and I expected a meal fit for royalty. an upgrade woudl ve been nice as compensation for my many inconveniences. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Oh man, you can’t beat the Italian food at Delta Italian Restaurant just a stone’s throw away! The creamy pastas had my taste buds dancing. And that mountain view from the room was pure magic! Plus, the check-in process was a breeze. they had me sorted before I knew it.
A cheeky thought, it would be nice to have a water fountain with cold drinking water in the lobby to cool off after a long day. But honestly, everything still shined!

The staff truly went above and beyond. they noticed us returning from our trek, looking worn out, and sent up refreshing fruit juice to our room. Small gestures like that made a big difference!
The only downside was that there was a disco across the street, which made it a bit noisy during the evening hours, especially when we wanted to retire early.

The mountain views from our Executive Room were simply stunning! 🌄 The room was spacious and meticulous. Only downside was the noisy disco nearby, but it didn't ruin our stay. Will surely return!

Y'all, the staff were just amazing! They let us check in early after that long train ride and even surprised us with a birthday cake. The views from our room? Just breath-takin’. The only downside was some noise from the disco across the street, but it didn’t bother us too much. Gonna miss those sweet folks!

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like air conditioning, a full spa & wellness center, and 24-hour reception. During my first stay, the staff helped me with a local delivery recommendation, which I still remember. The complimentary fruit and wine in the room were a good touch too! Always coming back for a city break.
